Blackbox Property Management was formally established in February 2022 to manage the growing portfolios of its founders. Since then, the company has expanded to include property management services for our on-going design and construction clients, as a complete end to end solution.

Blackbox Property Management was started by investors FOR investors. As real estate investors, contractors and designers ourselves, we understand the hard work that it takes to properly acquire, renovate and professionally manage a real estate asset.
